Visitors are
always welcome at S. James the Great. The best time to see and
experience what we do is, of course, during a service; the details
of which can be found elsewhere on this site. Details of how to find
us are on the Location page.
If you are
unable to visit during a service, it may still be possible for
you to come and see us; get in touch and, so long as you give
us a little notice, something can be arranged.
Many people,
in these difficult days, are seeking spiritual renewal in their
lives and would dearly love to come to church, worship God and
be part of a friendly, motivated community. However, it can be
a little daunting just to turn up at a service (although you
will be made very welcome if you do). If you prefer, why not
have a chat with a member of the staff and take a look around
our lovely church when things are quiet . This can easily be
arranged and all you have to do is get in touch with the vicar,
churchwardens, or the webmaster. Telephone numbers are on the
WHO'S
WHO page
or you may e-mail the webmaster who will respond to your enquiry
very quickly.
Do you sing?
Our thriving church choir welcomes applications from prospective
new members who wish to sing church choral music to a high standard.
If you are interested, please contact our Choirmaster, Mr Stephen
Edmonds, the Vicar, or webmaster.
